Could be better, but not much.

I should start by saying that its possible that my TV isnt compatible with this app. I bought it hastily and saw that it said it was for 2012 and newer LG TVs. I purchased my LG in 2012, but it could have been an older model.

Either way, the app still works with my TV, but Im forced to enter in the pairing code upon each use. That issue could be a byproduct of the incompatibility issue I just mentioned.

Assuming it is, then the app works as described. I like that it brings up the keyboard when you navigate to an area that would normally require the use of the remote for pecking your way through a search (this feature isnt available everywhere, like say when searching through Netflix).

If this is your first time searching through the sea of remote control apps then please note that these cannot actually replace your TV remote. You still need to power the TV on before they can connect. Which, to the best of my knowledge, is the same with any remote app.
