Paid $3.99 for pro version, wasted

I paid for the pro version that is supposed to have a keyboard. There is no keyboard! What a dud. Thanks guys. The best I can do is to show a keyboard and pointer on the tv screen and then I have to push the pointer over the letter I want and click. That is not a keyboard. Isnt this supposed to be a "smart tv?"
