Its a pretty good app, but the keyboard doesnt work!!

This app is awesome. It solves all the tedious issues of a Smart TV. I used this for my LG tv bought in late 2015. I dont really have to use the remote anymore as long as I have this especially because the phone works as a trackpad and a remote in one. Awesome.

This is Better than LGs own remote app but could be better. For some reason the app doesnt remember the required key code every time you open the app to control the tv. Also, the Keyboard doesnt automatically come up on the iPhone / ipad device screen when text input is required. A couple of other small details I would change about this app, give the end user ability to customize an extra screen with controls, and layout... Overall a good app but could be improved upon

The program does not work properly. So do not upgrade to a pro version and pay money.

Can somebody help me please, my TV doesnt show up on the list and they are connected into the same Wi-Fi, somebody help me?

I guess my tv is just too new or something because I just bought my lg a few days ago. Its a smart tv too and I made sure I connected to the proper wifi network. This app wont connect to my tv so Im assuming it wont connect with newer models.

Nicer UI than the other apps but does NOT work for text input which Im mad about because thats why I bought the pro version.

This app does not offer the keyboard option as advertised. The free version works sort of as a remote but the LG remote works better. The upgrade promised keyboard integration but it simply doesnt exist.

I should start by saying that its possible that my TV isnt compatible with this app. I bought it hastily and saw that it said it was for 2012 and newer LG TVs. I purchased my LG in 2012, but it could have been an older model. Either way, the app still works with my TV, but Im forced to enter in the pairing code upon each use. That issue could be a byproduct of the incompatibility issue I just mentioned. Assuming it is, then the app works as described. I like that it brings up the keyboard when you navigate to an area that would normally require the use of the remote for pecking your way through a search (this feature isnt available everywhere, like say when searching through Netflix). If this is your first time searching through the sea of remote control apps then please note that these cannot actually replace your TV remote. You still need to power the TV on before they can connect. Which, to the best of my knowledge, is the same with any remote app.

I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who has an LG smart tv, I lost my remote and without this app I would be out $40 for the magic remote. This app only cost $4! Do yourself a favor and buy this app!

Save me on buying a new tv control

I thought this would be the first remote app that did not do any specific brand BUT BOY WAS I Wrong this dumb app only does LG products all I wanted was a remote that could control my air conditioner havent found not 1 CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?
